"Felt good about this order right away"
I ordered a few things from bellame.com and everything showed up exactly how I chose it. I usually get this gut feeling that something might be missing or a shade will be off when I order online, but this one just felt right when I opened the box. Everything was packed nicely, nothing was wrong, and I was happy with the whole experience. I’d definitely order again.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from Bellame and the shipping was fast, faster than I was expecting for whatever reason.
I got the tracking not too long after placing the order, and then the package showed up in about 4 days. Everything was packed fine when it got here.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking didn’t update for a day, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. But overall, it was a good shipping experience.

"really nice feel on my skin"
i’ve been using a few things from bellame.com for a little while now, the texture is what stood out to me first. it feels really soft and smooth going on, without that heavy or greasy feeling i’ve had with some other creams.
it sinks in quickly too, which i really appreciate because i don’t like waiting around before doing my makeup or heading to bed. my skin just feels comfortable after i use it, and that’s exactly what i was hoping for. definitely 5 stars from me.

"Support got back to me pretty..."
Support got back to me quickly and did fix my issue without turning it into a whole complicated process, which I really appreciated. That said, I was a little annoyed because some of the communication at first wasn’t super clear, so I had to guess what they meant. Once we got past that, though, they handled it well.

"Nice and gentle on my skin"
I’ve been liking this so far. The ingredients don’t feel cheap or harsh, and my skin feels calm after I use it. There’s no weird smell either, which I appreciate. There’s just something about it that feels simple and nice.

I had to return something I ordered from bellame.com and expected it to be a pain, but it was actually really easy. Customer service got back to me quickly and explained the steps clearly. I sent the item back and my refund came through faster than I thought it would. No unnecessary hassle or annoying back and forth, which I really appreciated. Overall, I think they handled it well and it made me feel better about shopping there again...

i mean, being a consultant was okay. There were definitely some good parts, but also a few annoying things that made it less enjoyable at times.

"The discount honestly won me over"
I was kind of unsure at first, like do I really need to order right now? But I waited for a promo on bellame.com and ended up getting a solid deal. The discount code went through without any annoying checkout drama, which was such a relief. I went from skeptical to happy about it, and now I’d actually feel good ordering again.

"Trustworthy, but the waiting got annoying"
I’ve ordered from them twice now and both orders showed up just fine, so I do feel like they’re a trustworthy company overall. The only thing that frustrated me was the waiting, especially when I had to contact support and it took longer than I expected to hear back. Still, everything worked out in the end

"Really nice packaging"
My order came in packed so nicely, like everything was secure and in its place, nothing leaking or crushed or tossed around, and when I opened the box it actually looked neat without having a bunch of unnecessary extra packaging everywhere, which might seem like a small thing but it just made the whole order feel better and more cared for, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Wish I’d tried it sooner"
I bought this from bellame.com, the scent is what hooked me. It’s not overpowering at all, just clean, soft, and kind of pretty. I was surprised it actually lasted on my skin longer than I expected too. My only regret is not ordering it sooner...

"Finally, something my skin doesn’t hate"
I don’t know, my skin is usually so dramatic with new products, like I’ll try one thing and suddenly regret everything. But this one has actually been fine? No breakouts, which is the main thing I care about. It just works with my skin, and that’s weirdly hard to find
